You will love your Brooke & Jess bag even more because it can now be customized YOUR way. We have had hundreds (if not thousands) of requests to offer customization and we are over-the-moon excited to now be able to offer it! 

We will work with you to assure your design is just how YOU want it.  

If you aren't sure what you'd like, we have 100s of designs you can choose from to be modified or personalized. For instance, we could change our popular Grandma's Getaway bag to say "Mimi".  However you'd like it, we will try our best to make it happen.

Process is simple:
1) Choose a bag style (only available in LouLou and Tessa styles)
2) Specify your design criteria
3) Our design elves will get to work creating your masterpiece
4) We will send you a mockup for your approval - If it's not perfect, we go back to the drawing board until you are 100% satisfied.
5) Once approved, bag is created and shipped to you!

Please allow 5 to 7 business days from design proof approval; however we typically get them out to you NEXT DAY. We'd rather under promise and over deliver! :)

NOTE: Price listed includes minimum customization. There may be an extra free or very complicated or multicolor designs. Please message us with any question or concerns.
