If you aren't sure what you'd like, we have 100s of designs you can choose from to be modified or personalized. For instance, we could change our popular Grandma's Getaway bag to say "Mimi".  However you'd like it, we will try our best to make it happen.

3) Our design elves will get to work creating your masterpiece
4) We will send you a mockup for your approval - If it's not perfect, we go back to the drawing board until you are 100% satisfied.
5) Once approved, bag is created and shipped to you!

Please allow 5 to 7 business days from design proof approval; however we typically get them out to you NEXT DAY. We'd rather under promise and over deliver! :)
