Defective Items

We pride ourselves in offering high quality, unique items and try to make and package our products to safely reach their destination in PERFECT condition. Unfortunately, sometimes this doesn't always happen! If you receive a defective item, please contact us with a picture of the defective item and your order # and we will get a replacement sent out ASAP. We won't even ask you to return the defective item, because who's got time for that!

Size Exchanges

Like Goldilocks, we want your apparel to fit JUST right...not too big, not too tight. If you receive your item and it doesn't fit just right, we will do a size exchange one size up or down completely free of charge. Please contact us with your order # and the new requested size and we will get your replacement sent out ASAP. You won't even have to worry about the hassle of shipping the original item back to us.
