Last week I found myself needing a card for a housewarming gift. Of course, instead of just going without or folding a piece of scrapbook paper and writing a simple note, I overcomplicated things and created a fun little house card.
Why buy cards when I can spend way more time than necessary making one?
One will NEVER know.
Here are a few items I used, but of course you can improvise with what you have at home!
- cellophane bags like these
- FREE card printable
- curling ribbon or baker's Twine
- photo paper - or other high-quality paper
I'm kind of obsessed with candles so I chose to gift a candle; but homemade treats, lotion, a new plant, etc. are other fun ideas. It literally took me 10 minutes to put this together, so its a great last-minute idea. Hey, there seems to be a trend around here with procrastination. LOL. Have a fantastic week!
